We are seeking a technically savvy customer advocate who is passionate about helping support both GuidedPath users and the GuidedPath team. Join a high-energy, experienced team that will give you exposure to the college planning process.  Work closely with marketing and development teams to define product releases, manage content, create and monitor automations and integrate GuidedPath with other products.   • Respond to technical support requests through email, online chat and occasional phone calls
  • Open, track, and resolve problem tickets using Zendesk
  • Learn the product and services offered to properly assist users with the sign-in process, configuration of accounts, billing questions, general account assistance, unique issues and general troubleshooting
  • Keep the system current – create update knowledgebase articles and videos, college tagged lists
  • Create canned responses, FAQs and knowledge base article to allow users to self-help in the future
  • Conduct and support training sessions and activities
  • Provide excellent customer service consistent in a timely manner
  • Integrate GuidedPath with 3rd party applications using Zapier and development skills
  • Develop Infusionsoft campaigns (requires analytical skills)
  • Onboard new clients
  • Update college planning related content using Google Docs, WordPress, Dropbox, and Infusionsoft
  • Follow up with marketing leads
  • Setup and monitor webinar registration


  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Comfortable with customer service and training
  • Strong, creative problem-solving skill set
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skill
  • Patience and understanding with users at varying levels of technical competence

Other Useful Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of various operating systems and browsers.
  • Familiar with SaaS services
  • Familiar with Zendesk, Zapier, Infusionsoft, Intercom, Rally, Jira, Google Hangouts, Skype, Zoom and GoToMeeting
  • Knowledge of webinar recording and editing using Camtasia or other video editing software
