We have heard from many of you and based on that feedback we have changes now available. Here are some of the highlights of this week’s updates.
College List Report
-Now available by clicking on the student’s picture and choosing reports. This new area will have additional reports added in the future. We are looking for feedback specifically on reports and which reports you would like to see built next! Send your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Updates to E-mail Communication
– All e-mail communications will now include your logo and contact information in the signature.
– Assignment and Appointment notification e-mails now go out with all the details right in the e-mail in addition to having the ability to add all the details to your (and your students) calendar.
Additional Invoicing Features
– Identify a foreign current for invoices destined outside the US.
– The Financial Summary is now printable and includes all billing items on each invoice.
– When deleting invoices, billing items will be returned to the pending billing items area.
– Future updates will include adding an outstanding balance to an invoice.
-You can now embed the username and password fields on your login page using iFrame technology. Click here for an article in our knowledge base or forward it to your web guru.
-The My Students screen will now default to alphabetical order
