Student Calendar including Appointments and Assignments

The student calendar allows you to manage important deadlines and dates for your students.  On a simple, visually appealing calendar, you will see assignments, appointments, application deadlines, and test dates displayed.  Assignments and Appointments are created right on the calendar making it easy to a mange your students schedules.

Group Messaging & Group Dashboard

The Group Messaging tool allows you to send messages to custom groups of students and include an attachment using Dropbox.  These messages can be sent to a wide audience with pertinent information.  The messaging feature can be accessed from the group dashboard.  This area gives you high level statistics about each of the different steps of the GuidedPath.

Group Reporting

Managing your student load just got easier!  You can now use the Group Reporting tool to see data across custom groups of students for each of the parts of the GuidedPath.  For example, you can view which of your students have completed their surveys and which have not!

These on screen reports can be sorted and grouped to arrange the information in a digestible and useful format.  To sort the data, just click on a column name.  To group the data, just drag and column name into the chart’s header (as displayed in the above screenshot).

Transitioning (for MyCCA customers)

Our new transition tool is now available!  This easy to use wizard will allow you to move your students from MyCCA.net to GuidedPath.
