Keeping students on track often means sending little reminders and notifications of the most pressing tasks and deadlines. The notifications feature in GuidedPath allows each user to set specific settings so they are reminded of the things that are most important to them. Our most recent update now allows organizations to set defaults for their users. For every new user that gets added to the system (students and connections) the default settings will be applied. Each user can then adjust them as they wish once they are registered. We suggest that all advisors review their default setting and adjust them to your preference.
Many organizations collaborate on student records. To help aid this type of work environment, GuidedPath now allows you to include Peer Advisors in messages.
To also assist with organizations that collaborate on student records, private notes have been updated. Now called advisor notes, all advisors who have permission to view the student record can also see the notes.

NOTICE: Admissions Dates will be updated July 3
On July 3rd, all admissions dates will be changed for the upcoming year. GuidedPath now indicates the last updated date as well as if the date is not yet verified for the upcoming academic year. Not verified means that the date has not yet been confirmed with the school. The dates will be updated from Wintergreen Orchard House in the fall and by our research team on an ongoing basis throughout the summer.
